We've split the rules up into two sections; one for general board rules, and another for RPing/character rules. We are still modifying these, so check back often:

General Board Rules You may RP multiple characters under the same account. At the start of a post, use some means of communication to denote which character you are using.
Do not ask to be on the staff. When we need more staff members, we’ll get more staff members.
No excessive cursing. That just means that you shouldn’t say words like “fuck” every other word.
Any announcement posted which states that there is a new rule for a specific forum or an update changing something, it will be followed, even if said rule isn't added in here. It's still to be treated as though it were on this list.
Please place a link to your character in your signature. If you have multiple characters, please create a character list, and place it in your signature.
DO NOT ARGUE WITH THE STAFF. If you do, we’ll eat your soul.
While some of those rules have specific consequences listed, the staff can see fit to change, add, and take away etc any consequence earned.
If an RPC registers here and they have a bunch of 'anti-whoevers', please be nice. No harrasing, no swearing, no bullying. This site is supposed to be SAFE for RPCers. If you do anything listed above, you will be suspended or banned.
If you draw, and have an issue with editing, we don't. If you harrass editors, you will be suspended or banned.
NOTE: Anyone can join this site, but it would be helpful if...
1. You have an edditing software. MSPaint is absolutly OK.
2. Or, you could draw your RPC out.

RP Character Rules No custom Kaguya, or relatives of the canon Kage, the rookie nine and their sensei, Team Gai, or the Sennin.
You can not RP as a member of a clan that has not been named.
No custom characters based off of characters from other series are allowed. This is a Naruto board, not any other sort of board.
Custom characters are not allowed to have jutsus that can only be learned by certain canon characters. These include but are not limited to:
-Initial Lotus/any extreme taijutsu used by Lee/Gai. The exception to this is if your character, like Lee, can ONLY use taijutsu.
-Medical jutsus, such as chakra scapel (only medical Nin would know these).
Use common sense when registering jutsu; if only a couple of select canon characters acquired a jutsu through some special situation, it's not going to be allowed for custom characters.
You MUST get permission from the admin to register a Daimyo, Kage, Lord, or Lady. There are only five villages with a Kage: Konoha, Suna, Kumo, Kiri, and Iwa. Any other village leader has the title Lord/Lady.
Age Limits:
Genin age twelve and up (12+)
Chuunin age fourteen and up (14+)
Anbu/Hunter Nin/Special Jounin age sixteen and up (16+)
Jounin/missing-nin/hunter-nin captain/ANBU captain age eighteen and up (18+)
Sennin, Age Thirty five and up (35+)
No God-modding, Meta gaming, etc. We will not tolerate this.
If your profile is incomplete, put “incomplete” or “unfinished” in the title. Incomplete profiles will be removed after a long term of inactivity of the thread. We will consult you if you're incomplete profile is in danger of being removed.
You may not RP untill you have verrifyed all contents of your character's profile. If you mention a clan, you have to specify it in the 'Clan Creation' section. Same goes for any equipment, jutsu, or curse/seal.
